What Information We Collect

Personal information that you provide directly to us when you create a sandbox account, license QARBINE software, or use QARBINE technical or customer success services.

Information You Provide Directly to Us

Account Information

At sandbox account registration, you provide personal information, such as your email address. Technical support interactions are done through email as well.

Other Information

When required we collect and process your personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address. In most cloud marketplaces, the cloud vendor coordinates payments on your behalf for software and services. For any direct payments, when you provide your credit card number, it will only be shared with verified third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction, and only the last four digits will be stored.

Qarbine Information

When using QARBINE’s online sandbox, you agree to the responsible use of the site and our collection of interaction metrics. We perform statistical analyses of users and their usage patterns for product development purposes.

Data Research

QARBINE may conduct user research from time to time related to an interesting idea, topic or concept that it wishes to explore further, by using information provided directly through surveys or questionnaires. QARBINE’s use of any personal information provided in this manner will be described to you at the time of the request. Children Underage

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 or under the age of 16 from the European Union without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it from our database as quickly as possible.
