At sandbox account registration, you provide personal information, such as your email address. Technical support interactions are done through email as well.
When required we collect and process your personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address. In most cloud marketplaces, the cloud vendor coordinates payments on your behalf for software and services. For any direct payments, when you provide your credit card number, it will only be shared with verified third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction, and only the last four digits will be stored.
When using QARBINE’s online sandbox, you agree to the responsible use of the site and our collection of interaction metrics. We perform statistical analyses of users and their usage patterns for product development purposes.
QARBINE may conduct user research from time to time related to an interesting idea, topic or concept that it wishes to explore further, by using information provided directly through surveys or questionnaires. QARBINE’s use of any personal information provided in this manner will be described to you at the time of the request. Your information will not be sold and QARBINE will use the data solely for research purposes which may include sharing collected data with trusted third parties, such as researchers that work with QARBINE on these projects.
